Graeme Bell graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) in 1990 and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1993. Upon leaving university Graeme was heavily involved with a building company through which he developed a practical hands-on approach to architecture and the building process. This approach has continued to play a role in the design process at Trace architects, as well as in personal hand-crafted restorations projects, such as his own personal house in Avalon (Alexander House 1957).
Graeme had extensive experience in commercial, medical and residential architectural practice prior to establishing GDB Architecture in 2000. Since 2000, Trace Architects (formerly GDB architecture) have specialised in residential projects including numerous complex alterations and additions and new houses. Graeme has a strong network of professionals and reputable trades with which he regularly collaborates.
Graeme is a NSW Registered Architect No: 8200
